Inovatec is looking for a reliable and highly motivated Implementation Consultant to drive the strong growth and evolution of our products as well as solidifying our presence and revenue base in the finance industry. As the implementation consultant you will be responsible for the review, analysis, and evaluation of business systems and user needs. You are expected to document requirements, define scope and objectives, and formulate system configuration and overall solutions to parallel clients’ business strategies.

As an Implementation Consultant, a typical day will include:

  • Identifying and pursuing ways to improve our systems, processes and methodologies
  • Collaborating with the Product, IT Infrastructure, Development & Leadership teams
  • Working closely with our clients to ensure we’re meeting their expectations and delivering on our commitments
  • Documenting specific requirements and analyzing business problems independently as well as in close collaboration with the clients


  • Work with internal and external resources to solution system implementations and upgrades
  • Create detailed technical documentation for business requirements, solutions and configurations
  • Provide project managers with regular and timely updates
  • Frequently interact with business customers and functional peer groups
  • Act as a liaison between developers and end users to ensure technical compatibility and satisfaction
  • Assess efficacy of current processes to develop specific recommendations to improve efficiency and organizational agility
  • Be familiar with relational database concepts, and client-server concepts
  • Have solid understanding of Windows and system related concepts
  • Have a high degree of creativity and latitude


  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Additional experience in software industry would be desired
  • Self-starter, achievement-oriented, motivated and proven problem solving
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Intermediate knowledge of accounting practices and/or related degree is preferred, but not mandatory
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is preferred, but not mandatory
  • University degree or equivalent
  • Extensive experience in business system analysis
  • Strong technical mindset
  • Proven strong relationship management skills
  • Excellent technical writing skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including excellent communication skills and subject matter knowledge
