Summary

Inovatec is looking for a reliable and highly motivated implementation consultant to drive our products’ strong growth and evolution and solidify our presence and revenue base in the finance industry. As the implementation consultant, you will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business systems and user needs. You are expected to document requirements, define scope and objectives, and formulate system configuration and overall solutions to parallel clients’ business strategies.

As an implementation consultant, a typical day will include:

  • Identifying and pursuing ways to improve our systems, processes and methodologies
  • Collaborating with the IT Infrastructure, Development & Leadership teams
  • Working closely with our internal stakeholders to ensure we’re meeting our client’s expectations and delivering on our commitments
  • Documenting specific requirements and analyzing business problems independently as well as in close collaboration with solution architects

Responsibilities

  • Work with internal and external resources to solution system implementations and upgrades
  • Implementing accounting-related requirements for the financial aspect of our systems by working with our clients’ accounting teams
  • Create detailed technical documentation for solutions and configurations
  • Provide project managers with regular and timely updates
  • Frequently interact with functional peer groups
  • Assess the efficacy of current processes to develop specific recommendations to improve efficiency and organizational agility

Here’s what you bring

  • 3+ years of SAAS implementation experience, preferably FinTech
  • University diploma, certificate, degree or equivalent work experience
  • Self-starter, achievement-oriented, motivated and proven problem solving
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Have an understanding of SDLC, API, Web Services, SQL, Salesforce
  • Knowledge of the financial industry or accounting principles is considered an asset
  • Strong technical mindset and technical writing skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including excellent communication skills and subject matter knowledge
